Phenomenal eye exam. Hands down the best and most thorough prescription and fitting I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to many places in Seattle and this was by far the best.​​​​​​​

I've been a customer at Envision for many years and I go out of my way to use them even though I've moved out of the area. Dr. Lin has done a great job, going above and beyond to help me.

We have been patients of Dr. Lin for years. She is always very thorough for our exams and prescriptions. They recently had new staff but all the staff working here have always been very professional and helpful.

Great experience with Dr. Lin and support staff every time. Been going here for 3 plus years and never had any issues with the visit and/or ordering contacts. The front desk is always warm and welcoming and Dr. Lin is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Great experience. They tracked down two different pairs of frames for me and let me try them out before picking (now the most favorite pair of frames I have ever owned). They were in constant contact throughout the process. The Doctor was great and professional and I loved the people in the office. I won't go anywhere else now :)​​​​​​​

Great optometry! I've seen both Dr. Brown and Dr. Lin the past couple of years. Both doctors and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Envision where I had very specific multifunction/focal requirements. The doctors and staff where super helpful with understanding regarding what I was looking for and working with me through the process of getting the correct prescriptions in the end.​​​​​​​

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for over 20 years. He has always been thorough and very communicative in all exams. As a diabetic now, Dr Brown has keeps in communication with my Endocrinologist and Internal Medicine physician, ensuring the health of my eyes is stable. I have recommend Dr. Brown to family and many friends over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Brown/Envision Optometry.​​​​​​​

Dr Brown and his staff are the best. He took the time to do a very thorough exam and by doing so has saved my life. Dr Brown found a very small, almost undetectable lesion in my left eye. He referred me to an oncology opthamologist who confirmed I have a rare cancer, Ocular Melanoma. My opthamologist was surprised and impressed Dr Brown had discovered it as it was quite small. I will always be forever grateful to Dr Brown and would recommend him to anyone.​​​​​​​

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown and his staff at Envision. I started using their services a few years ago when I worked in Bellevue and have been impressed every time I go in for my annual appointment. Despite only ever walking in at most twice a year (once for my appointment and once to pick up my new glasses) they greet me by name with a smile when I walk in the door. I never feel rushed when picking out lenses or asking questions. I have referred numerous people to Envision and everyone I know has been very happy with their experiences as well.​​​​​​​

I had an excellent experience on my first appointment. I was on time and so were they; my full eye exam was comprehensive and very comfortable at the same time. The doctor (can't remember her name) explained everything very well and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The receptionists, both Chastity and Jakcie were awesome! They have a way with people, making them feel at home at this well kept and high-end Optometry.​​​​​​​

I have been so amazed at excellent customer support and professional service I have experienced at this business. Four years after having moved to SoCal, I called the office and spoke with Jackie, requesting info on regular glasses as well as sun glasses Envision had made for me in 2013. Jackie was so kind and helpful. Less than an hour after the call, I got an email from her with unbelievable level of details on both glasses! I would happily recommend Envision Optometry to all relatives and friends.​​​​​​​
